welcom to my findings . journal?? blog??? (꒪ꇴ꒪|||) omgies you actually clicked here. HELLO!!! erm idk what to actually call this but it's a page i've wanted to make for a while ^^'' I often find I have nowhere to really dump my thoughts about random bullshit I find out about and get weirdly obsessed with finding out info on. I usually talk to my friends about stuff but I would like to keep a little archive of it and maybe post it to people who may also be interested (?) recent experience with apples 30 APR 2026

recently i've been trying to save money, so i've been buying apples as like. my main SWEET treat. because. theyre quite cheap and yummy. and HEALTHY! I've started to feel a bit blegh from eating sweets too much so i thought switching to fruit would be like. idk smaaart idea. Buuuuuut. I was having breakfast the other day and i bought royal gala apples like the day before. I picked a nice pale shiny looking one and i bit into it and EEEEEUGH really grainy horrible texture RUINED MY DAY. ok not really but like i know you guys know what i mean. so grim

but yah. It made me think a little bit about like different apple types and which is my fav. because im so torn between the different types and i'm making it my mission to see which is the best. ROYAL GALA ARE FUCKING LIKE. i was so dissapointed. because i live alone now i kinda pay somewhat of attention to the type of apples im buying and gala is nooottt all that. i bought them for my recent food shop and i was like ok this won't be any diff from like every other apple i buy right? WRONG. i like a nice CRUNCHY apple you know. u__u But i also tried uhhhmmm. honeycrisp and like these really shiny looking granny smith apples from this like fresh grocer near me like last week. obviously I eat granny smith apples anyways and ik what they are like but they were yum. a bit more bitter than i remember though. i do like sourish stuff usually anyways but idk it doesnt give the JUICINESS of a crispy apple that i like, you know? its such a shame Pink Lady is so expensive... theyre actually like really good

i dont really remember what honeycrisp was like actually, ill have to buy a pack again. i only bought one of them. Oh also i used to buy braeburn apples bc they were cheapest but I CANT LIE they kinda suck too. so SMALL as well like wtaf??? and soooo... like.... bitter but also pastey?? hard to explain. but yea, i was looking into apples actually bc i was curious aaaand i really wanna try Red Delicious.... i think once i finsih these gala apples i have (yuck) i'll try and scout some out. I HOPE IT DOESNT DISAPPOINT! i am sorry gala lovers as well but respectfully you guys are fucking WEIRD i don't understand why they are so liked
